Return & Refund Policy

All items must be paid in full at the point of sale.  All deliveries will be charged at the appropriate rate for your area.  Isolated or unusual locations may incur additional charges.  We reserve the right to refuse deliveries to locations unsuitable for our vehicle or staff wellbeing.

 

Returns

All sales are final as items purchased are either made to order to your exact colour and size requirements or ordered in specifically for you, as not a stock item.  Items sold from our existing stock are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, as we cannot guarantee that the packaging has not been opened and the items used.  When buying a product, it is your responsibility to ensure the item will fit through doorways, narrow or awkward staircases, and into the room of your choice.  

 

 

Refunds

If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, as all sales are final since the item is being made for you, or bought in for you, we reserve the right to refuse a refund to orders already processed with our suppliers.

If upon delivery or collection of an item not specifically made to order, you are unable to manoeuvre it into the required room due to its size, remembering the onus to ensure it fitted was yours, we reserve the right to insist you keep the item.  If in exceptional circumstances our suppliers will accept the item back, and if you chose a smaller item at a lower price, no refund on the difference will be given.  You will also be charged the restocking charge as levied by our suppliers. A second delivery charge will also be made on the collection plus an additional charge on any second delivery.

If for any reason, you have paid a deposit only and are paying the balance by instalments, and change your mind, your deposit must be used towards an alternative item only or will be forfeited.

 

Faults Within 30 Days

If an item is found to be faulty within 30 days of receiving the goods, we offer a replacement or repair to the item in the first instance, on a like for like basis.  If the item is no longer available, an exact equivalent will be offered.  If you choose a different model at a higher price, then you will have to pay the difference.  If the replacement or repair has not rectified the fault, and you prefer not to have the item replaced or repaired for a second time, we will on this occasion offer a refund. Application for such refund must be supported by returning the original receipt for our records and will only be repaid by exactly the same payment method, such as back to the original payment card used.
 

30 Days – 6 Months

If an item is found to be faulty between 30 days to 6 months of receiving the goods, depending on the nature of the fault, we reserve the right to examine the item to determine if the fault is genuine or a fault through misuse/abuse.  If the fault is deemed genuine, we will offer a replacement or repair to the item, on a like for like basis.  If the item is no longer available, an exact equivalent will be offered.  If you choose a different model at a higher price, then you will have to pay the difference. If the replacement or repair has not rectified the fault, and you prefer not to have the item replaced or repaired for a second time, we will on some occasions offer a refund.  Application for such refund must be supported by returning the original receipt for our records and will only be repaid by exactly the same payment method, such as back to the original payment card used.
